Below are a few tips on to decrease stress:
1st and foremost Take care of your body.  Practice the Chiropractic lifestyle...Eat, Move, Think & Sleep...WELL!

Keep moving.Get outside regularly. Take a walk. Ride your bike.

Take a brief media fast. Be very aware of information overload. This is the time that we all can become very vulnerable to consuming too much news and it can be deleterious to your health.

Take time to catch up on books, movies, podcasts.   Choose Wisely, pick things that are happy, inspirational, education, uplifting and positive.

Stay connected with friends and family. Call, text, FaceTime, email, write a letter. 

Look for ways to help others. Make sure that your friends and family know that you're looking after them.  Be of kind service to one another

Be KIND

Find a new hobby.
