COVID-19 Plan

Dear Friends,

Our mission at HCC is to help you achieve and maintain optimal Health & Wellness.
We are committed to maintaining regular business hours and operation.
We take pride in the trust you place in HCC. This notice is to inform you of the steps we are taking to protect you and our team at HCC.

We’re totally committed to taking necessary steps to keep our office healthy and safe. As you are aware, COVID-19 cases- also known as coronavirus, are spreading in the United States and we'd like to take any preventative measures possible to limit the spread.

We'd like to share with you what we are doing to keep our facility clean and healthy and we’d also like to share some ways you may be able to help us.

Steps we’ve implemented in the Office:

-All team members are requested to be extra vigilant to observe and hold each other accountable to our hygiene standard.

-We have intensified our cleaning/sanitizing protocol and frequency. You will likely see our staff cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and doorknobs regularly throughout the day. We also have a professional cleaning service that will deep clean the office a few additional evenings during the week.

-Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the clinic.

-We’re in constant communication with our entire team about ultimate hygiene practices and clinical updates to provide you a safe and clean environment.

-Any HCC team member experiencing any type of cold, allergy or flu symptom is required to stay at home.

What we're asking of you:

-If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, such as a fever, cough, body aches/chills or difficulty breathing please call us ASAP to re-schedule your appointment.

-Wash your hands vigorously with soap and water, especially after coughing or blowing your nose. The recommended length is 20 seconds.

-Cough into a tissue or your shirt. But a reminder, if you’re coughing a lot it’s probably best to re-schedule your appointment.

-If possible, avoid touching your nose, mouth, and eyes during your visit.

-Stay hydrated, get adequate rest and eat a healthy diet!

We appreciate your understanding of our increased precautions. We will stay informed so that we can make the best possible decisions for your and our well-being!

Stay WELL!
